Stereo to Mono on windows

How do you mix stereo to mono on windows? I tried Preferences -> Playback -> Transform -> ... then selected Stereo to mono but it did not mix it correctly. Any help is appreciated

Windows lets you convert stereo sound into a single channel so you can hear everything, even if you're using just one headphone. Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > Accessibility > Audio, and then switch on the Mono audio toggle.

Thanks, but I forgot to add for AIMP only. Maybe in some cases, I'd like to use stereo on other apps, but have AIMP on Stereo -> Mono.

Found a workaround. Using the Channel Remapping setting in Preferences > Playback > Transform > ..., the input from channel 1 is outputted to channels 1 & 2, and the same for channel 2.
