When I have "Allow Cross-fading" → "Pause between tracks" enabled and I press lock button and screen goes black Aimp continue to play only the current file. After that it stops playing. When I unlock the phone it starts playing again automatically.

I noticed that it plays with screen locked (black screen) only when option Sound → Mixing Settings →  Allow Cross-fading is off. When Allow Cross-fading is enabled Aimp doesn't play with screen locked.

Please make it play with display switched off.

So I have:
Allow Cross-fading: yes (enabled)
Cross-fade length, msec: 0
Pause between tracks, msec: 3000

I checked on version 2.90 on android 4.1.2.

I enabled CPU priority option. But this is not the factor that makes change.

I wanted to use Aimp just because of its ability to set pause between tracks. It is very useful when I learn a language. I listen a sentence and repeat when there is a pause.

Решение данной проблемы - можно применять программу "Wake Lock" (for Android) версия, например, 2.1. Права суперпользователя для этой программы не нужны. Программа эта может помочь работать плееру при выключенном экране.  В настройках этой программы нужно выбрать вариант "PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK" (должно отображатся 5 прямоугольника). Если программа не будет работать, то нужно убедится, отображаются ли 5 прямоугольника в программе "Wake Lock" (for Android)" . Но нужно иметь ввиду, что включение режима  "PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK"  (в программе "Wake Lock") может приводить к незначительному увеличению скорости разряда батареи. Поэтому рекомендуется включать этот режим только на время необходимости.
