WEBP Album Cover Art not detected

Files with WEBP Front Covers are not picked up by AIMP in either the Album Thumbnails View or Track Infomation Panel

Steps to Reproduce:
- Take any audio file (WAV and WV tested)
- Add WEBP Front Cover Art (drag and drop WebP file in Mp3Tag and wavpack tested)
wavpack --write-binary-tag "Cover Art (Front)=@cover.webp" .\download.wav
- Open in AIMP
- Default blank cover shown instead of cover from file tag

If Album Arts > Find in file folder is also checked and there is a cover.png in the same directory, it is not used as a fallback.
