AIMP 6 Encoding with faac

Hi, I am testing AIMP 6 for Linux and so far so good.I would like to know if it's possible to add faac encoder or it's too soon?

Most encoders are created as Windows executable files, which is why there is a limitation on how encoders can be implemented.
The new version is no longer a "wine" emulation, so it requires more than just copying the encoder. At a minimum, you will need to review the source code (if available) and its terms of use before updating encoders.
As you may have read in the blog, beta and release are planned for the next year. So, closer to 2027, we need to keep an eye on the plugins situation.
