[x] [2506] [x64]: "Open With..," "Track Info to.." plugin settings cut off

I have updated the subject to reflect that this bug is still present in [2506]:

Both the "Open With.." and "Track Info to any" plugins have their preferences windows truncated at the end so the settings cannot be added, as in example below.
