Hello, I can't read the M4A files, I have a message

I could read them before... I didn't make any modification in my pc configuration, I just have the latest version of Aimp

- "Direct sound - Nvidia High definition audio"
- "Direct sound - Windows default"
- "WASAPI - Windows default"

I have no additional plugins

The format (container) is like a package. It can contain "edible" data ("food") or "non-edible".

I am trying to open a few .m4a file imported from my iPhone (vocal memo from iOs 16).
AIMP can open some of my old .m4a files, but not the most recent ones.

AIMP version: 5.1.1.2435
Windows 10 Home version 22H2
All AIMP plugins are enable (including Apple Lossless Audio Codec v2.4.0.3). I did not install any additional plugin, and did not remove any plugin.
Playback Device: DirectSound Windows Default (I've tried other devices, without success).
I have no issue with other audio format and AIMP.

I cannot open these .m4a files with AIMP, but VLC, Windows Media Player or my video player (PotPlayer) can read them easily.

Info about the .m4a file (according to VLC):

Codec: Apple Lossless Audio Codec (alac)
Type: Audio
Channels: Mono
Sampling frequency: 48000 Hz
Bits per sample: 16

I've tried to download and run the 64-bit no installer version of AIMP, same error:

Try to check "Allow system decoders usage" in Settings > Sound output > Transform

Good idea, since the files are bit large! 
I have recorded a vocal memo .m4a file with the same iPhone (iOS 16.6.1), very short (just recorded the sound of a fan), and saved it on my PC. I checked again: without enabling "Allow system decoders usage" in the settings, I get the same error, AIMP cannot read it.
The file is attached to this message (in the Zip file).

Я проверил еще раз: без включения "Разрешить использование системных декодеров / Allow system decoders usage" в настройках я получаю ту же ошибку, AIMP не может ее прочитать.
