Small contribution from my side - German localization.

I used last "Russian.lng" and "English.lng" files to be sure about context and place is right where the text is used.

Not tested.

I also have a small finding:

214=text with information in the "modern" form will also be disabled

Here in context, "form" is probably confusing because "layout" is meant and "form" has never been used in text before.
