В стандартном скине реализовано так же, вы можете в настройках переключить мультимедийные кнопки в компактный режим, хотя будет тоже самое. Я не знаю почему так реализовано в панели задач и в панели уведомлений.В моем скине все просто, если файл воспроизводится то кнопка плей окрашивается в акцентный цвет, если нет то монохромная.In the standard skin it is implemented the same way, you can switch the multimedia buttons to compact mode in the settings, although it will be the same.
