Happened with Did my Time.flac this time, interestingly the accent color of the cover still loads in the notification even without the image.

Seems too strange, because OS read correct artwork via content provider, but does not display it...

No luck, tried clearing cache and all but no difference. I think it happens even more frequently now.

First time it happened with Lost in the Grandeur.flac, second time was A Small Victory.flac:
