Make all sliders (Gain, EQ, etc) snap by a step of 0.1

I've been meaning to suggest this for a long time and finally found the time to do it.
Any slider that has to be moved via finger - like the Gain slider under "sound effect" or the band sliders in the equalizer - after you have dragged them to a desired position, they have the bad habit to return to their previous position which is, to put it mildly, very annoying! Considering the majority of slider settings (if not all the settings) are increased or decreased by a value ot 0.1, I don't see a reason why they can't be made to snap to the new position, once you lift your finger from them. Due to that bad habit I just described, sometimes it takes hours to make your custom EQ profile.

не замечал такого ни разу. все ползунки нормально остаются на новых позициях.

What I should do to reproduce the issue?

Try to create exactly this shape of equalizer. It took me more than an hour to do it bc the sliders kept going back to random lower numbers after I removed my finger from the slider's handle.
