Start playback from a specific duration

I'm looking for an plugin that automatically jump to a specific point in a track when a music start playing. Ideally, I want to be able to start from the middle or set it to begin at a certain percentage of the track. For example, with trance tracks, I'd like to start listening from the breakdown section onward
