1) Uncheck all options in the "Options \ System \ Integration" page
2) Apply changes
3) Restore options state in the "Options \ System \ Integration" page
4) Apply changes

I was going to say if you get ANY issues with contextual menu check out EcMenu (current version 1.6 & there's a 64 bit version) at sordum dot org.

Enables you to add, remove and best of all a proper "refresh" of CMM's

Also "SendToEditor" (x64) is another useful tool allowing you to easily add send to (surprise surprise) cmm's for apps without a contextual menu option.

Both are available direct from the excellent free utilities site Sordum dot org.

Another consideration would be "Configure FileMenus Tool" although not free it's free licence is still great.
