[ATE] Auto filling tags based on Clipboard

In some cases it is useful to support auto filling tags from the Clipboard, now the Advanced Tag Editor only supports auto filling tags based on the filename.

Where do they come from to the clipboard? What format of this lines? Like filenames (must be parsed using template specified by user)?

Usually from notepad(txt), We usually copy info from the website.

So, we don't need to fill and save the track tags one by one.
