MAIN RULES FOR THIS SECTION:

1. Preparation for writing a message:

1.1. Before creating a topic, update the player to the CURRENT VERSION, and check the reproducibility of the error on it, as it may have already been fixed, even if it is not mentioned in the log of fixed errors.
1.2. Also, use the SEARCH. It is possible that a similar topic already exists.

2. Topic formatting:

2.1. Each error should have its own topic.
2.2. The topic name should be in the form of: [Build number][Platform] Module: the essence of the issue.
      - "Platform" can be Linux, Win64 (x64), or Win32 (x32).
      - "Module" is AIMP / ATE / AC, roughly speaking, an exe or a plugin
 Example: [3100][Linux] AIMP: Does not play a certain file format.
      Example: [3100][x64] ATE: Does not work changing tags in mp3.
      Example: [3100][Win64] ATE: Does not work changing tags in mp3.
2.3. The topic name should reflect the main idea or essence of the topic (topics with names such as "glitch", "small problem", etc. may be removed).
2.4. The prefix before the build number (only the developer or moderator can set it):
      - missing - the developer has not yet viewed this topic
     - [ x ] - fixed
     - [ ? ] - the issue could not be reproduced
     - [ + ] - resolved, it is not possible to fix the issue, and the described behavior is not a bug
     - [ - ] - incorrectly formatted topic
2.5. If you want to leave a comment on the player, then before the prefix with the build number, put the prefix [Z].

3. Content of the topic:

3.1. Try to describe the problem in as much detail as possible. If you can't explain it in words, take a screenshot or record a video clip from the monitor screen (I recommend using UVScreenCamera) and attach it to the message. List of alternative screen recording programs (from remontka.pro )
3.2. If you have problems with a file, radio, etc., then give a link to the file itself. If you have a window with a bug report, then post the bug report file (where to find?).
3.3. In the message, specify the version of your OS (operating system) in detail (for example: Win XP SP2 RUS, Win Vista 64 SP1 ENG or Win 10 Pro build 1903 RUS). In case of Linux - additionally specify the shell and its version (KDE, Gnome), GUI-session (X11, Wayland)

4. Release of a new build:

4.1. When a new build is released, check for the reproducibility of old errors:
      - If the error is fixed and it is no longer reproducible, then report it.
      - Otherwise, update the topic name, remove the [ x ] prefix, and report that the error has not been fixed.

• Однопользовательский режим

• При установке AIMP3 вам предоставляется на выбор два режима работы - обычный и портативный.
  
  Обычный режим
  Если за одним компьютером работают несколько пользователей, каждый в своей учетной записи, рекомендуется использовать данный режим, чтобы каждый пользователь мог настроить программу под себя - работать со своими плейлистами, аудио библиотекой, плагинами - независимо от настроек других пользователей.
  Размещение настроек:
  
  Для Windows XP: \Documents And Settings\<Имя пользователя>\Application Data\AIMP3\*.*
  
  Для Windows Vista и выше: \Users\<Имя пользователя>\AppData\Roaming\AIMP3\*.*
  
  
  Портативный режим
  В случае этого режима настройки программы будут едиными для всех пользователей системы.
  Портативную версию программы нельзя ставить в папку C:\Program Files\.
  Размещение настроек: %AIMP3%\Profile\*.*
  
  С версии 3.50: открыть настройки, нажать "папка профиля" (левый нижний угол)

• Как только появилось окно с ошибкой, то не закрывая проверьте на наличие файлов багрепорта папку "мои документы".
  
  Сами файлы с логами должны выглядеть след образом:
  - AIMP3-bug_reports.log для файлов багрепорта (окно с заголовком Ошибка)
  - AIMP3_MemoryManager_EventLog.txt для сообщения об утечке памяти (окно с заголовком AIMP3.exe: Memory Leak Detected)
  
  Так же при зависании или падении АИМПа без отчёта можно сформировать багрепорт с помощью утилиты https://disk.yandex.ru/d/ClIiI_mP79J43w/madTraceProcess32.exe (для 32-разрядной версии) и https://disk.yandex.ru/d/ClIiI_mP79J43w/madTraceProcess64.exe (для 64-разрядной)
