Previous song action delay

Salutations ppl. Dunno how to explain this well but you know how if you're in the middle of a song and you press the previous song button it goes back to the start of the song and only if you press it at the very start of the song is that it sends you to the previous song? The actual delay is too uncomfortable when I'm using my earbuds to hear music.

Is there a way to make it longer? Like 10 seconds? I usually decide if I want to play back a song either at the very end or the song or enable the repeat once from the very start  :'(

I afraid, it cannot be setup now.
Currently, delay value is 5 seconds.
