Currently it's quite a pain to sync the music to the phone - as AIMP4 does not see my phone - therefor forcing me to Copy the playlist songs to another empty folder, then I have to manually copy all files to the device - and the worst thing is that Windows will not give me an option to don't copy existing files - but only whether to merge existing folders :/

Would it be possible to add the support of the MTP protocol for the AIMP4 - so that music transfer wouldn't take 20 minutes each time I decide that it's time to sync my music?

Here I'll describe the steps for getting the MiniLyrics work on the launch of New AIMP.

First of all - we know that AIMP4 does support WinAmp plugins - and we will use them.

So steps (MiniLyrics auto start):
1) Create in AIMP subfolder "Plugins" new folder "gen_MiniLyrics"
2) Copy from your MiniLyrics subfolder "Player-Plugins" the file "gen_MiniLyrics.dll" into the Folder you created in step 1)
3) Open Notepad
4) Write in it (without stars):
***[MiniLyrics]
***WorkingFolder=YourMiniLyricsFolder
5) Save the file in folder you created in Step 1) as "MLPlugin.ini" (DO NOT SAVE IT AS *.TXT FILE!!!)

NOTE: YourMiniLyricsFolder should be full directory (for example: WorkingFolder=E:\MUSIC\MiniLyrics\)


Steps for Downloading Lyrics issue:

I guess this is a problem with their servers.
Try to add these 2 lines to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts :
74.208.224.110 minilyrics.com
74.208.224.110 www.minilyrics.com

You need admin privileges to do that.
