Some users claim that the mobile version of AIMP does not have the ability to change the playback speed. However, this is not true.
Despite the many hints in the UI, not everyone can immediately find the speed control. The controller is located right on the home screen and always at your fingertips:
Unlike PC version, mobile AIMP allows you to adjust only playback tempo – it changes the playback speed preserve original pitch, as it implemented in streaming services.
Individual speed for each playlist
Starting with version 4.11, you can set a custom playback speed value for each playlist. Before you start using it, you must enable the feature in the playlist properties in the Playlists Manager:
After activating the feature, you won’t need to go to this section every time to change the speed — you will able to do that directly from the main screen:
To deactivate the individual playback speed for the playlist, tap the “Reset” button in the speed selection dialog inside the Playlists Manager.

В Charm, действительно, эти нижние элементы выглядят информационным элементами, а не кнопками. Неудивительно, что пользователи не замечают функционал. Подсказки часто пропускаются или забываются.
Схоже в Panini, хоть есть возможность догадаться по симметричной кнопке EQ. В Bliss можно и не понять, что за текст над прогресс-баром, если не удерживать для подсказки или не знать форматный стиль кнопки.
В Enhance кнопка выражена полноценным вариантом и узнаваемым дизайном, поэтому легче найти. Хоть и отсутствует показ скорости на постоянной основе.
Так что наличие этого поста даёт повод подумать над оптимизацией дизайна с точки зрения пользователя-новичка или “ламера”, а не с точки зрения опытного пользователя (и разработчика, тестера).
Я заметил эту “x1.00” надпись только сейчас. Я бы сделал обрамление чтобы было понятно что это кнопка и ещё добавил бы правее от надписи иконку
