Smart playlist - display new mp3

Hey,

Currently I am using two ways to create smart playlist for listing newly added mp3
1. Preimage: Music library (Screenshot_352.png)
2. Preimage: Folder (Screenshot_351.png)

1. It's fast but because of filter "File Modified" I cannot persistently keep a buffer of 100 newest songs. Once date will shift this playlist become empty. What is more. Newly added files on a disk won't land in library because they haven't been played yet.

2. Works fine but the problem here is I cannot limit number of results after playlist is populated with data. I can sort by date but I end-up with playlist having the whole folder collection. I used to live like that but when I saw (1) I though that's super cool to limit these.

Do you see a better way to do what I want? (playlist having only 100 newest songs)

You should setup files monitoring in Music Library. So, Music library will automatically scan and add new files.

Thanks. I will give it a try.
I hope files discovered afer monitoring is done won't break my existing database stats that was created only by adding mp3 via "Add file to the database when" (rating/playback).

No, monitoring skips already added files

Tested. Works great. I was able to achieve what I wanted.
