Currently there is no way to use your domain name as IP address. I'm using duckdns domain name that is bound to my IP address so it won't renew my IP every now and then.

Why? AIMP supports for netbios names.

Well for some reason it doesn't work on AIMP. On any SMB clients they work just fine.

Oh, it seems you transfer samba-requests over the Internet? AIMP supports only for local netbios names.
