scrolling in isnt fast and respond!
i mean its kinda laggy and i found it today never saw that, but my eye got it!
feels like a smooth scrooling its on kinda.
all my drivers are updated and windows too to the latest btw!

i hope it can impoved! needs to be fast and snappy!

i use always the latest now im on v5.03 beta build 2383 X64
on video is hard to see it, but the issue is the scrooling respond is like a smoothing scrolling and feels chopy and low refresh rate
