Shuffle Albums + Shuffle Songs

Right now Shuffle will shuffle all songs in a playlist. For doing work, i have one playlist where I dump all my albums that help me concentrate. I'd like to shuffle the order of the albums, but have the complete album play. Is there a way to shuffle albums/groups and play the entire album/group before moving to the next shuffled album/group? Ideally, there would also be a way to shuffle the tracks within the album as well.

This would probably look like three settings for Shuffle:
1. shuffle all tracks in playlist
2. shuffle albums, play album tracks in order
3. shuffle albums, shuffle album tracks

Alternately, this could be just two settings:
1. shuffle groups
2. shuffle tracks
     So for example, if groups is off and tracks is on, shuffle would work like current. If groups is on and tracks is off, it would shuffle groups and play tracks in the group in order.
