[x] [2161] Podcast Plugin fails to read important data provided in RSS Feed

hi

i have noticed a bug in the podcast plugin of aimp 4.60 build 2161
in some cases it fails to read the provided date (pubdate) of the podcast episode.
it will then leave the %year field in aimp empty which is a big problem if you want to sort your and listen to your podcasts in chronological orders (which i believe is the most popular way to listen to podcasts)
in most cases it works but at least in this one it doesnt

steps to reproduce:
1. add the podcast via the link to rss feed above to aimp
2. try to sort episodes by "publishing date" (%year)
3. no publishing date displayed in aimp even though there is one provided in the rss feed

gpodder manages to successfully read/interpret the pubdate
you can also see it in the file when you open it in a reader
(for example:    <pubDate>Wed, 27 Nov 2019 00:00:00</pubDate> )
im not sure what about this files formation exactly is it that "breaks" aimp podcast

Thank you, fixed. Plugins expects time zone offset and fails because string has no time zone information.
