Active Waveform

Hello to all and apologies in advance if i have missed a answer to this question
Is it possible to control the player start point by clicking or wiping the cursor on the loaded waveform ? Sometimes I want to skip to a spot in the music without waiting to play until that point or go back over a section of the tune.
