AIMP 4.51 how to add URL

I want to enter the url of a radio station's play button's URL and see that as a playlist and play that station from the playlist list.

What does "add URL" really do and how do I get this URL into a radio station playlist?

"add URL" (Ctrl+U) adds the URL you put into the "Add Link" box it opens into whatever playlist is open at the time;  you can then play that station from the playlist.

Why not just make a new playlist, name it "Internet Radio" or similar, then every time you want to add a URL, add it there.
