1. How can I backup the software settings? Can you tell me the name and location of file?2. I copied a playlist from another software into the playlist and all the duplicate songs disappeared. I need to play duplicates and save the playlist with them. Is is possible?3. Is it possible to batch run volume normalization and save it in the music file? Where can I read about the options in the DSP manager?4. I use the %TrackGain in the Options->Appearance->Format Settings but nothing shows in the playlist
1. Main menu / Help / F.A.Q. / Settings (Backup / Restore / Reset) / How can I backup player's settings?
2. What is the playlist file format?
3. Use for this Advanced Tag Editor (Main menu / Utilities / Tag Editor).
4. Are you sure that these fields are not empty for files?:
You can analyze a file directly in this window (opens by default with F4 key) by clicking on the button next to "Track Gain" field. Or use Advanced Tag Editor for batch run.
And another question about the playlist (saved or exported to m3u). When not used the absolute path option, the software just removes the disk name but leaves the folders path. Is there a way - when exporting a playlist - to get paths that are relative to the playlist folder?
Yes. They are there, calculated in the other software that I use (image attached)
I see that there are options in the Volume normalization tab of the DSP manager that I'd like to understand. Is there where to read about it?
Have you tried to export a playlist to the same folder as music files?
It looks like the reason — Unable to make TrackGain appear in the playlist.
I can only offer these links:— https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audio_normalization#Peak_normalization— https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ReplayGain

I'm sorry. I don't understand. It's there so why not to be able to use it?
No, I was not talking about the option. For removing the folders path try to export the playlist to the same folder as the music files from this playlist.Of course, also remember to turn off "Absolute file paths" option before saving a playlist file.
I don't want just to remove the folders path but to get a relative path between the folder with the playlist and the folder with the songs. Something like this:..\..\Clasificados\Activos\02-Felicia-Instrumental(1968).mp3
1\2\3\music\Track 01.mp3 ...1\2\3\music\Track 02.mp3 ...1\2\3\music\Track 03.mp3 ......
