Where (in which file) are the current ratings (=stars) of a song stored?

Where (in which file) are the current ratings (=stars) of a song stored?

How can I view the current ratrings outside of (=NOT in) a playlist?

When I look e.g. in menu "Music Library" (=Ctrl+M) then there a re lots of songs which a NO rating (=stars). But the same songs have a rating in playlist.

Why is there a difference?

Make sure that the songs has a same file paths
