Increase / decrease volume in Android Aimp?

Is there a volume control in Aimp Android? Or what is the best way to control the volume?

No, AIMP uses built-in system volume control

So there is no possibility to control the volume for Aimp independently of the system sound (like it is in Windows).

And the best way to in/decrease the volume for Aimp is to use the side buttons of the handy? When I press them the next or previous track is played and the volume is also changed. How could I avoid that Aimp plays the next, previsous track when I press those side buttons?
