How to move songs from playlist and keep ratings?

Assume I have a sub directory tree full of MP3 files. The base directory for this sub directory tree is (in this example) D:\archive\mp3s\

Furthermore I have an exported playlist D:\archive\mp3s\full.aimppl4 with RELATIVE pathes to hundreds of *.mp3 files in the subdirectory tree.
When I double click on it in WinExplorer it is loaded and all songs have 1 star up to 5 star rating.

Fine so far

Now I move the whole mp3 sub directory tree to another directory lets say:

E:\music\

When I double click now on E:\music\full.aimppl4 then the playlist with all the songs is opened in AIMP
but the ratings are all lost.

How can I load the ratings into new playlist resp. how can keep them for the new location?

In former version of AIMP there was a sub menu

Utilities--->Audio Library--->Database---->Missed Files

which helped me somehow to fix this problem.

However I do not find the menu any more.

How can I achieve a migration of ratings now resp. how can I re-assign them later into new playlist?

of course, your tracks have to be added in Music Library.
also, afaik, it doesn't change file paths in playlist, only in ML
