I want to revert back to this old problem.

My russian is very bad. But as far as I understood the comments in the mentioned thread link this feature was still not available in 2012.

Is this meanwhile implemented or are there plans to implement it in the near future?

I would like to use the %Replace() function with wildcards "*" .Something like (mind the * !):

%Replace(%FileDir;*musicarchive, BASE)

So that the following (simplified) replacements are done:

D:\aaa\bbb\ccc\musicarchive\jazz\2015\song1.mp3  ---> BASE\jazz\2015\song1.mp3 
E:\ddd\eee\fff\musicarchive\rock\2014\song2.mp3  ---> BASE\rock\2014\song2.mp3 

Unfortunately * wildcards seems not to work.

Can this be added in the next release?

If this is the only problem then I can live with it.
In general it must work. Other skins allow different width between main window and playlist. Even when they are attached.

Maybe you could (as a small improvment) double the width of the main window (+ playlist). So both textures fit together.

As another alternative you could (when floating playlist is attached to main window) adjust the main window width to that of the playlist. Unusual, but should be possible. The texture itself is stretchable as I resizing of the detached playlist shows.

I really, really appreciate your skin. Maybe you could make it possible somehow :-)

How can I load a *.acs3/*.acs4 skin file into SkinEditor without the full corresponding project file?

If I remember it well from the past this must work somehow. At least for *.acs2 skins.

Maybe corresponding *.acs3/*.acs4 project file can be generated from original skin file by making some default assumptions as for *.acs2.

Sorry for these newbie questions:

Is it possible to increase the size of the font of the playlist?

Is it possible to make the main window wider?
Oftentimes the song title cannot be shown completely since it is longer than the available space in main window.

Hello,

I like this skin but have two questions:

1.) Is there an option to put the time+oscilloscope bar (which is currently just above the buttons bar at the bottom) to the top of the window?
The buttons bar should remain at the bottom.

2.) Is there a way to change to general overall color from orange to e.g.blue?

If both is not possible: Could you add it to the next version?

It works (partially).

Yes, I can resize the playlist now.
However when I attach it later again to the main window then the playlist is automatically shrinked again.

:-(

I prefer to have the two windows chained.

Is there a way to make the main window wider as well?
Or is there a way to keep the width of the playlist even if I re-attach the playlist later?

If this all does not work: Could you release a new version which allows this?

Вопросы (архив) / File dialog for "Save Playlist" does not remember original directory

Assume I double click on an *.aimppl playlist file.

The playlist is loaded and played.

Then I rearrange the song order and assign some quality stars.
Finally I click the bottom right corner AIMP menu "save playlist".
The standard windows file open dialog appears asking me where to store the current playlist.

Unfortunately the first shown start directory is NOT the directory from where I opened previously the playlist but another folder.

Why does AIMP not remember the playlist where it is originally started and offers this as start default folder in the default file open dialog?

Currently the users have to navigate with many manual clicks through the directory tree to the target folder.
This is annoying and uncomfortable.

Could you add an option "show original playlist folder in file open dialog".

When I save a playlist then always the absolute path to the songs are stored as well.

I play the songs howver from USB Stick. The USB stick in turn is mounted from compter to computer at different drive (letters).
Occasionally I want to play over network.

This is all confusing for AIMP because it does not find its songs.

Is there a way to tell AIMP to save the songs WITHOUT prepended absolute path?
Perfect would be a path relative from the position of the *.m3u playlist

So if all songs are put in the same folder then no path is necessary

As far as I found out so far the "Playlist" windows offers only one column.
Ok I can scroll up and down if I want.

But it would be much more comfortable if I could have a look at much more songs at one glance.
To achive this a 2 column or even 3 column view of the playlist would be great.

is there such a way?

Or could this be implemented in the netx release?

I would like to backup all current settings.

Are ALL these settings stored in AIMP3.ini?

Or are there preferences stored as well e.g. in Registry?
