Please provide the project and the resulting skin that have the problem. The player is compatible with previous versions of skins (builded from "old SE"), so there should be no problems.

For each release, an skin editor update is released. The current release is 5.11.*.

Рекомендую открыть папку профиля через настройки плеера и скопировать её на новый ПК.
Если пути к файлам (адреса папок) и буквы дисков другие, то откройте плейлисты в блокноте и замените на новые.
Если пользуетесь фонотекой, то есть функция поиска файлов.

Случайно. Запустил прямо из архива через WinRar, а потом закрыл WinRar. Соответственно, он удалил временные файлы. Потом перепроверил после извлечения из архива.

Открываем SE;
Появляется папка Profile;
Удаляем папку Profile;
Закрываем SE;
Получаем ошибку отсутствия пути.

Формально, ошибка логична - нет папки, покажи ошибку.  Только думаю, что лучше пытаться создать папку перед созданием файла, а при невозможности создать выводить ошибку. Да и ошибка с текстом исключения выглядит неприглядно.

Load all -> Unload non-standrd.
Read the descriptions of the plugins, their tab arrangements.
For example, do not use visualizations - turn them off, do not send what you listened to to the Internet service - turn off the scrobbler.
Decoders are not recommended to be turned off if you are not sure of their purpose.

Now we have found out that something is broken in your regular player.
Nothing has changed in the update policy, otherwise it wouldn't be a single user issue.
If you copy the profile folder to the new profile folder, will there be a problem?
If it does, then try to unload all plugins, restart the player, load plugins.

Restart the player.

This is not a new portable setup.
You ignored the prompt to install the program separately, to a separate folder. The program will have a basic skin, basic settings, a music library and only one test file.

This is important to determine if there is a problem with the current set of player settings and files on your system.

You have not indicated the full version of the player anywhere, so the statement is unreliable.
Install portable version of AIMP v5.30.2505 Beta. Don't set anything. Open the file through the player in the portable folder (the main AIMP player must be closed).

Похоже, что гео-блокировка срабатывает.
https://i1.echofm.online:8443/stream открывается через прокси, а напрямую ошибка соединения. Аналогично основной домен.
Сам сайт у тебя открывается?
