Hm.. OK, I already had to edit the skin for minimal playlist height, so I could do it, but I'd need some help, could you explain how to do it, please?

I don't need the Maximize button at all, so this button could be used to toggle window height, but I need to switch between max. height and last used height, or even custom height, e.g. 300 and 1400 (size of main window + attached playlist). - Perhaps also double-click on title bar, currently it works as maximize window too.

Actually, I just need to switch between small window and large window, currently I have to manually change the window/playlist size, so toggle playlist would be a workaround.

If the other feature request from me would be added, I'd not need this playlist button.

I couldn't find the playlist button, there is no way to toggle playlist with a single click, probably all skins have this button, could you add it also to Bliss 4K, please?

This suggestion could be for any skin, or at least for Bliss 4K skin only.

Usually I just want to switch between small AIMP window with small playlist height and large playlist height, or maximized height only. I mean use maximum height, as desktop height, but preserve the window width. Currently I often resize the playlist manually.

Possible solutions (any of these would help):

- Add the new button "Maximize window/playlist height only" - to main window (next to standard maximize), or to Playlist title, next to tabs.
- Add option to use the Maximize button (of any playlist) to maximize height only.
- Add option to right click existing maximize button to maximize height only (for any skin, if possible).

For any of these solutions it's important to restore window height to previous size, so it would switch between small/saved height size and maximized height size.

Perhaps even layout toggle button, to switch between 2 different window sizes, small main window with or without playlist - and large main window and playlist window (different width and height). I don't need to maximize window, never, I just need to quickly switch between small and large window mode.

I'm not sure if suggestions above could be implemented, but I have some more, also some workarounds for those above.

AFAIK, "quick search" works exactly the same as "quick filter", so perhaps it could be renamed to "quick filter" - filter list the found items and hide others, quick search show the found items in the new window/tab, but if the same window is used, it's filter IMHO (of course, decision is on you).

Add "Delete" item to the context menu for "quick search" field in playlist - for any skin, if possible, to be able to disable filter with mouse, currently it's impossible (have to use "cut", but it's add the text to clipboard)

And - already requested above, at least the option to empty the quick search/filter field on program exit, or even empty the field always, without option.

More suggestions:

5) Show the new name preview, for all items, or just for 1 item.

6) Automatically scroll down the list, while converting items.

7) Perhaps move the "Audio Converter" (and "Tag Editor") in menu from "Utilities" sub-item to main menu.
When using it often, it's quite annoying to always use sub-menu.

I'd call it automatic or intelligent rating. I thought about it too.

Anyway, if it would be implemented somehow, it should ignore manually rated songs.

For me it's intuitive to seek forward with wheel down and seek backward with wheel up, also in web browsers and text editors wheel down scrolls forward, to next lines, not to previous - the same in AIMP playlist, wheel down scrolls down, to the next songs, but currently it works vice versa in AIMP - seek bar.

Please add option to switch mouse wheel for seek only, to seek backward with wheel up and seek forward with wheel down - but for volume it should be preserved - minus = wheel down, plus = wheel up.

Perhaps the option also to switch wheel for volume would be useful, but it's not needed for me, current behavior is intuitive.

EDIT: I just want to say, that it's just an option, even if it would be implemented, you could still choose the wheel direction.

Dypsis - thanks for the information, I added a bug report to that topic, it would be great if it would be fixed.

AutoSwitchers plugin is good, but it's just a workaround, the problem is, that if I start listed to one song and I have to pause / exit AIMP, I have to re-enable current song, otherwise it's skipped - and this plugin can't remove the songs from playlist.

I found the Track Preview topic in the Russian forum, it has 7 sites and 37929 views, I'll add the bug report there, could you help me with the bug confirmation please? Perhaps it will be fixed. Thanks.

Hello, I'm sorry for English, but there is not response on this issue in the English forums.

I'm using Track Preview and I wanted to use it to play songs and disable / remove songs after fully played, full songs, from 0 to 100%, but I found a bug, I have also a question and suggestion.

Steps to reproduce:

- enable Track preview
- set begin percent to 0 and end percent to 100
- for "When preview played fully" set "Switch track off" or "Delete track from playlist"
- play any mp3 song fully
= song is not disabled / removed from playlist

BTW - It works good with option "When Next button pressed during preview" and it works also with "When preview played fully" when using percent options 25 and 75, but it doesn't work with 1 and 99.

Another issue: I suggest to change "Delete track from playlist" to "Remove track from playlist".

Suggestion: Make this plugin work per playlist, so we could enable it for one playlist and disable for another.

Question: Is it possible to rename the plugin and use 2 different instances at once? Because when using "auto remove track" feature, I can't use original feature "Track preview if I want, because I have to use options 0/100%".

I've been using Track Preview, but I didn't know about the other options, it can disable song when it's fully played, that's great...

...but it does not work, it's a bug, where can I report it? When can I ask questions or suggest an improvement for this plugin?

We have 2 confirmation of that bug, me and Dypsis.

Thanks, it works.

The file is disabled when it starts playing, not when it ends, so it's not perfect, but it's still useful.

It works per playlist, so it's possible to enable it only for some playlists, this is very useful.

Some programs have this option - custom presets with different options.

I'd like to use different options for different purposes and switch them easily, with a keyboard shortcut, menu item...

Currently I have to change all these options manually in Settings window and it's not easy, since I need to switch it often.

Here are the examples for 2 presets:

1) Speakers 5.1
- enable Allow channels mixing - Stereo -> 5.1 Surround
- playback option - parameters - 5.1 Surround
- Volume - set to 60%

2) Headphones
- disable Allow channels mixing - Stereo -> 5.1 Surround
- playback option - parameters - Stereo
- Volume - set to 90%

Alternative is to use the command line options / parameters for these options, or/and for presets activation.

Workaround I'm thinking about is to use 2 separate portable folders / "installations", just use few different settings, is it possible to use AIMP this way? 2 folders, 2 icons...?
