My post was not about open source, but about your reply:

If some one want to improve the app it may leave suggestion

I can't write the plugin, as I said, I had the solution, using external app, but it does not work anymore. I'm using one plugin as workaround now, but it's not the best solution - and it's OT here.

Anyway, if such simple feature can't be added, your advice to "leave suggestion" is just not working.

I'm still waiting for this option, it's already 2 years.

I've been using the macros, external application, but it's not working anymore, don't know why.

I miss also another option, to not block the playing file for deleting/moving/renaming, I requested it, but this option to seek 30/60 seconds could be a good workaround...

With this option, I could just press one hotkey to seek, check if I want to preserve/delete/move file and then seek more, just press the same hotkey few times - then it would stop the playing file, so the file would be free for any operation (rename/delete/move).

Please add these options, with the custom keyboard shortcuts:

seek backward +
seek forward +

To seek [X] seconds, with custom X value, 30, 40, 60, or any other.

Workaround, select items in playlist with Ctrl+click, then drag&drop them to Default playlist (or any Temp playlist) - then you can even use the queue to play in different order.

Thanks, it works, but what is the opion in Tag editor - Basic tab - Rating? Usually the value is 0.00 / 5.00, sometime it's a strange value like 1.67 / 5.00.

Where are the ratings located, exact location, file?

How to backup them?

Is it possible to move ratings to file tags - ID3 tags? Currently I have the "user rating" in Basic file tab and "rating" is 0.00, this rating is also in IDTv2 tag.

I'd like to auto synchronize "user rating" and ID3v2 "rating", so that if I rate a new song, it will be saved to both.

Alternatively, is there an option to batch synchronize ratings - copy (and replace) from "user rating" to "ID3v2 rating"?

I found this option - "Search as you type", it's a good option, faster than Quick search, but it work only from 1st file name letter, so if the file names are like "01 - song name", it's impossible to search, or if the names are "Artist - Title", it's not possible to find the title this way.

My suggestion is:

- Search anywhere within the file name (always or as option).

It works good here, using a multimedia keyboard and AIMP v4.70, build 2227, Windows 10 2004 64-bit.

Make sure the multimedia keys are correctly set in Options - Player - Hot keys, as global shortcuts.

It could cause the multimedia keyboard software, if you don't use it, you ca try to disable it, or uninstall it.

You can try another software for keyboard shortcuts, I'm using HotkeyP, it's lightweight, free and easy to use, more info in Help. You can assign even mouse shortcuts there, to change volume, mute, play/pause and so on, with the side button+wheel, left, right, middle button, for example.

Thanks, but I need the title bar to move the window, it's more important than double-click, so I will be using previous version + changed minimal height of playlist.

Thanks, it works exactly I need it, but only when using the "maximize" button, not when double-click the title bar, which is easier, how to change that?
