As I say before, the command just inserts selected track in playlist just after the current item. It may not be played next, if shuffle mode or queue is used

The option does not do anything for me because I have playlists grouped by folder.
It just moves song to bottom of list in same folder, not end of list.
So, in many cases is useless.

You already mentioned that if "shuffle" is on it also does nothing.

Why is this option needed, when you can "enter sorting mode" to edit the order?
I am curious because there is many cases where this option has no use.
If playlist is grouped by folder, the song is moved to bottom of folder, not even after current song,
So it is confusing, as some user expect it to be added next

The "Insert After Current" insert selected tracks after the playing track, it does not related to playback queue. Use the Add to queue beginning command if you just want to start playing this song next

When I select "Insert after playing" the song is not played. So currently the menu item does nothing. The inserted song is not played after current song

The space at the beginning of playlist was fixed,
But the space at the bottom of the main window and navbar is still large
And the buttons in the drawer are floating

I tried VO!D5_fixed.acsm but now there are the following issues that appear even when I switched to normal skin or previous versions:
There are extra spaces and padding,
Visible at the beginning of the playlist section tab

And the settings is now floating in the middle
The last item in playlist are half hidden in navigation bar

And in main view, the controls are way above the navigation buttons,

When you long press on a song that is next in queue you get "insert after playing" unselectable,


So, the logic is there, but it doesnt play song unless you add it to queue.
One thing I noticed is that when selecting "Insert" it is not inserted top of queue. In other players there is usually "enqueue" and "play next" and when you select "play next" the song is added to queue next in line, not at end of queue.
Maybe adding it to queue will ensure that it gets played.

I did not see any way to increase priority:





All notifications are enabled.
It is just, if another app also uses audio, then that app shows before aimp.
If another app sends notification, it appears before aimp.
If two music apps are paused in background, the other apps always appear before aimp

Aimp notifications are always hidden behind other notifications.
It is probably because other apps are putting higher priorities.

All apps including Other music apps, like newpipe, are always shown before aimp.
I switched from aimp notification/kind to system, because aimp player controls were not showing when music is playing.
Now when playing controls are shown, but as soon as you pause it all other apps appear before aimp even though they are paused as well.

I have stop playing after playlist completes, (jump to next playlist off, repeat off, shuffle on).
After opening aimp later and clicking on a song in playlist, playlist stops before all songs are played.
There might be a bug in Shuffle?

• open aimp
• Play song, playlist-1
• Add song to queue from another playlist-2
• After queued song finishes, other songs in same playlist are played

For the second playlist-2:
Shuffle: ON
Repeat: OFF

Problem,
Sometimes not all songs from second playlist are played, only partial playback of shuffled playlist.
Maybe this is due to previous history, but since you are switching from one playlist to another, it should reset and all songs should be shuffled,
No?

Обновил до 5.03 в шапке
шлифовка/мелкие исправления
думаю можно и в каталог помещать ниже еще варианты:
N - непрозрачная системная навигационная панель, больше подходит тем, кто пользуется жестами и выключает панель навигации.
S - страницы плейлиста и обложки альбома поменяны местами.

Also, on landscape the time(song current and end time) is blocked because you choose to display only half the waveform,

Waveform gets cut in half in Landscape mode.
Also, is it possible to have a little more space/padding between the buttons?
Coukd an option be made to move to the left away from navigational buttons home back recents?
