Here's the French localisation file.

In French, words and sentences are longer than in English.
I hope everything is displayed well...

I couldn't try this translation in your skin because the AIMP localisation editor doesn't allow you to open and modify an existing skin.

Thank you for your reply.

Will this new feature only affect embedded visualisations (currently only Charm) and not other existing or future skins?

If not, would it be possible to add an option to give each AIMP user the choice ?

For example, adding a middle button click to enable/disable this (in addition to the left and right clicks to "Minimise to tray" and "Minimise"?

AIMP V5.40.26xx for Windows 32 bit (Installer and No Intaller)   used with Win10 and Win7

Since the first release of AIMP V5.40 (and still with the latest version 5.40.2655) :

When clicking on "Minimise to tray", the "Visualizations" window is still displayed.

This problem only occurs with the built-in "Charm" skin, but with "Bliss" or other skins everything is fine.

With the old V5.30.2563 everything is fine.

I don't have a Youtube account, I only add URLs (audio files or playslists) copied from the youtube site.

Today the 2023 11 16 version still works on my PC...

Why won't it work for much longer? My almost 70-year-old brain hasn't properly understood the information available ?  :'(

AdrianEddy updated YouTube plugin v1.7 on 2023-12-07
Since then everything works fine

Changes :
- youtube-dl.exe  version 2023 11 25
- aimp_YouTube.dll  version 2023 11 16

Here's an idea for AdrianEddy: why not name these updates V1.7.1, then V1.7.2, etc.?
 It would be easier for users to find their way around. Thanks

As a reminder, if any new problems arise :
- First see if an update of youtube-dl.exe is available (Menu/Plugins/Youtube/Update)
- Or manually, from https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp or https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases
  download the most recent version of "yt-dlp_x86.exe" (for 32bits) or "yt-dlp.exe" (for 64bits)
Rename this file to "youtube-dl.exe" before replacing the original file in the ...\Plugins\aimp_YouTube\ folder.

- Wait for a new version of aimp_YouTube.dll....

To remove the Registry access error messages
Start AIMP in administrator mode (with Enhancer active)

then in the registry, find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ioscasoft (the editor of Enhancer)
Right click, Permissions...
  Permissions for Ioscasoft
  Users (xxxxxxxx\Users)
  Total control : check "Authorize" then OK

In French
Pour supprimer les messages d'erreurs d'acces à la Base de Registre
Lancer AIMP en mode administrateur (avec Enhancer actif)

puis dans la Base de Registre, trouver HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ioscasoft (l'éditeur de Enhancer)
Clic droit, Autorisations...
  Autorisations pour Ioscasoft
  Utilisateurs (xxxxxxxx\Utilisateurs)
  Controle total : cocher "Autoriser" puis OK
