In Android 15 the navigation bar overlaps the UI if the screen orientation is in landscape. [1]
While in landscape, if you go to AIMP's Settings page or Sound effects page, then press back, the navbar no longer overlaps the UI [2], until you minimize AIMP and come back, or rotate to portrait then back to landscape.

I can't save new equalizer presets, the OK button is grayed out. There is a workaround, if I select a preset from the dropdown menu, then the OK button is accessible.

I don't know if this is a bug or intended. I have the following folder structure (folders containing other folders do not contain any files). I am adding the entire Genshin Impact parent folder to an empty playlist.

AIMP 3.20, using these settings, generates this playlist. This is good, this is what I want.
AIMP 3.30, using these settings, generates this playlist. I don't understand why they are not sorted properly like on AIMP 3.20.

AIMP 3.30 using the same settings as AIMP 3.20 places each individual file in its own group, by that I mean it creates a group for each file individually, ending up with the group count = file count.

The files within each folder are named

01. File name.flac
02. File name.flac
...
22. File name.flac

This seems broken to me, but if it's intended behaviour can you please tell me which settings should I make to have AIMP 3.30 behave just like AIMP 3.20 did?

AIMP v3.20 is very slow at accessing files within a large folder compared to v3.10. It takes half a second to a second to start playing the selected file.
Path is "/*sd card*/Music/Music 2/", the folder "Music 2" contains 1056 .mp3 files.
The phone is a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (N9860), running Android 11 with August 1st 2021 security patch.
The SD card is a Samsung EVO Plus 512GB (2020 model).

I assume this is due to scoped storage, so it may not be fixable.

Shouldn't the buttons throughout AIMP windows (Preferences, DSP, Advanced/Tag Editor, Converter, etc) match Windows 10 design? Now they seem to match Windows 8 aesthetic, with the sliders looking like Windows 7.
Windows 10's buttons have a solid #E1E1E1 background while AIMP still has a gradient to them, both on bright and dark theme. That is for bright theme, I don't think Windows 10 natively has dark controls for Win32 programs. The slider controls are blue in Windows 10, in AIMP they could match the accent colour.

Playback stops if playback speed is changed. To reproduce it, start AIMP with all DSP effects set to default, start playback then change change playback speed.
If you go back, press the play/pause button twice to pause then resume the playback, then playback speed can be changed normally for as long the current file is playing.
This problem exists from the public beta stages, but I didn't have time to report it.
I can reproduce this issue on both Android 8.1 and Android 9, stock.

If you use AIMP in split screen mode (Android 7+), playback control buttons overlap and it's difficult to interact with them.

Since last update, AIMP is asking for Phone permission whenever I rotate the screen or at first application startup. 527 and 529 don't have this problem.

The first public version of AIMP 2.60 beta had an option to select the output "device" under Settings > Sound, something similar to:

I: Default - Android default (either: 1: Loudspeaker; 2: Headphones if connected)
II: Phonecall microphone - uses the small earpiece that you would use during phone calls
III: Alarm - output through both headphones (if connected) and loudspeaker at the same time

This option is not present anymore in the latest v2.60 Beta 3, build 418. Could you please bring it back? It was very useful, especially being able to use the phonecall speaker (II) to quietly listen to a podcast at night if I don't have my headphones nearby.

Also, a side question (not to create too many threads), there's an option to force 16-bit output. I assume with it disabled, AIMP outputs 24-bit sound (or the value that Android defaults to)?

I tested with mp3 (cbr and vbr) and flac. I also have a cbr320 file reported as having a bitrate of 364 kbps.

On the latest build for Android sounds like there is audio aliasing issues as it is resampling. All my files are mp3 at 44100Hz. I don't think I can record audio on Android, but it is just like playing an 44100Hz file with the output set to 48000Hz in AIMP 3.00, not newer versions.

I'm using Android 5.1.1. Previous build didn't have this problem, and the files play well on other apps.

Not sure how to explain this but would be great to be able to have optionally the EQ adjustment like this (edited in Paint). Would work nice on touchscreen.
