Вопросы / Questions / AIMP not saving playback state when closing app
« on: November 13, 2023, 21:20:09 »
Happy Android AIMP user of several years here - never going back to anything else.
I'm on Android 10 and I've been stuck on AIMP 3.22 build 1199 (30.06.2022), as ever since the next update, AIMP can no longer hold on to the player state when I close the app with the back button on my navbar. I don't really mind not updating as this version works fine, but still, I wonder if there's no one else with this issue.
I hit the back button and if the player is in a paused state, I briefly see the albumart and playback position disappear and when I reopen, it shows a blank screen waiting for me to play something. In previous versions, the app would remember the state. I've enclosed a video (GIF) where I close and reopen the app a few times while music is playing (showing the expected behaviour) and when it's not playing (showing the unwanted behaviour).
Curious if anyone knows what's causing this. English or Russian are both fine; I can read Russian pretty well, but I won't offend anyone by trying to write it myself.
