It looks like you have the wrong plugin file. I downloaded the plugin from the link from the profile topic, the file size is different.

dsp_stereo_tool.dll ~71 547 KB (69.8 MB)
Download the archive and select it through the "Install" button in AIMP.
After installation, enable it in the list of plugins.

The size is different that is a older versions of Stereo Tool and in the past I am  working very well, I will try that new version .

Today the world of music is change, like listen mp4 files in Aimp but only can listen the Audio, please add support view the video picture inside "Visualization Windows"
