When AIMP was updated to v3.20, the EQ was reduced to 20 bands. I want the 30 bands we always had before.
Dear AIMP Team, I have tried 50 music players on the Playstore and your app is the best one. I especially liked AIMP because of the reliable 30-band equalizer. I have a specific EQ preset for my headphones and AIMP has given me the most accurate EQ.
But as it was updated to v3.20, the bands were reduced to 20. Now my headphones sound a bit less good so I am forced to revert back to v3.10. In the next upcoming version, please add an option to change the number of bands in the "Sound" section of the Settings so we can use 30 bands or even more.
I would like it even more if AIMP had a convolution filter so I can change the EQ without having to mess with bands. I know that it might be very hard to do, but I thought it didn't hurt to ask.
tl;dr Give option to change number of EQ bands, and a convolution filter maybe?
