Where does Android version store playlists? I hate having to click on individual files to add them, and I was thinking, maybe there was a way to simply copy the files from my PC.
Thanks. These two seem to work. Now is anything even more elaborate possible? I have one folder with bunch of random songs, and for those I don't really need to see extra line in the playlist with album and artist. I presume this is out of the player's capabilities though.
I would also like to have something similar for groups. Artist - Album (Year), but only display those tags that exist, otherwise just display the filedir.
Does AIMP have any wiki or manual where more thorough explanation of all the various settings is available? It would be really helpful, because after some blind digging I found out that "absolute numeration" only applies when you use groups. This is not really self-explanatory. Similarly, the variables make no sense to a newcomer. The basic ones, yes, but all the IF (...) stuff makes no sense whatsoever. This needs better explanation too.
What does %IF(%Artist,%Artist - %Title,%Title) mean? I don't understand the syntax a tall There is no documentation whatsoever (the "i" icon doesn't help with explaning at all).
Confusing title, let me try to explain in a human way. Let's say I click/highlight/whatever a specific song in the playlist, with the intention to play that song manually (and quickly by simply hitting Enter, without having to search) later on. The problem is that when the player automatically jumps to next track (I'm talking shuffle mode here to be clear), the selection is changed to the new song, making this impossible. Would it be possible to change this behaviour (possibly as an optional setting)? I can see the player already highlights the currently playing song in a slightly different colour, so it looks like the functionality could be there.
P.S. This is pretty much how it works in Winamp, which I believe is really user friendly way.
