Title: [2403] File comment tag gets parsed improperly by the player UI

OS: Windows 10 Professional 19044.2006 x64
AIMP: v5.10.2403 Beta (happens on earlier versions too)
OS Language and Regional Format: EN-US

If for some reason I input a date in the file tag comment field, the date gets parsed incorrectly and somehow gets flipped. This only happens on the player, not on the tag editor.
It could be that comments aren't being sanitized properly, I'm not sure. (Slightly concerning due to security/RCE reasons)

I have attached two pictures. One of the player showing the comment tag incorrectly and another with the tag editor showing the comment correctly.
Whether I put just a date or anything more, the issue still occurs.

Wow, it seems mystical... Please, can you save comment's text to a file with unicode-encoding and send to me?
