Title: [+] [1199] letter – (not -) wouldn't recognized -> STATUS_OBJECT_PATH_NOT_FOU
Post by: ntfs on July 14, 2022, 11:35:57
Hi,

in my playlist some entrys use the letter , which is not the letter -. Playing this files is not possible. At log it seems, that this letter would not be recognized.

For example the directory is .\Musik\AIMP\Alben\Unheilig\Unheilig - MTV Unplugged  Unter Dampf – Ohne Strom  (Deluxe Version) - but in log it seems, that AIMP tries to open an file Musik/AIMP/Alben/Unheilig/Unheilig - MTV Unplugged  Unter Dampf – Ohne Strom  (Deluxe Version)/04 - Sage ja - MTV Unplugged.m4a, which is not possible.

The files are stored at an SMB-fileshare.

Thanks for attention.

I have tried to create playlist with same path from scratch and it seems all works fine.
May be, path has been corrupted somewhere else.

How you add the files to playlist?

I've create a playlist in WINAMP and saved it in playlist.m3u-file. Then i import the playlist in aimp ("load playlist") from smb share. Works fine for almost any file - except files with that directory.

I've added an samplefile at attachmend.

.m3u not work with unicode
use AIMP for Windows with .m3u8 or .xspf
or rename folder "-" symbol

Good to know. then this would cause the issue and it is not an bug from AIMP.

Thanks for checking and for developing AIMP.

edit:
P.S.: just tested. With m3u8 it works fine. thanks.
