Title: Songs disappeared from my playlist.

I just tried to reverse sort my playlist and all but one song has disappeared.  How do I get my full playlist back.  What have I done?  This is the second time I've suddenly had my playlist contract to only one or a few songs and I have no idea what I'd done and how to get the songs back apart from adding them all again.  Thanks in advance.

There's nothing in the search field.
