Title: Shuffle mode only in playlist?

Hi,

I transfered several folders (Albums) to my phone and created some playlists with songs I like from different albums/ folders.

Does shuffle only work for the playlists?
I would like to shuffle music from one single album/folder but it just jumps from album to album. Only if it is a playlist, then the shuffle mode will stay within the songs. Do i Have to make a playlist with every album/folder?

Thanks a lot for your answer, but Im afraid I might not have explained my self very clearly. I want to to know if Shuffle Mode works when not playing a playlist, but one album / folder. If I click on shuffle when I am in no playlist, it will jump from folder to folder, and I would like to shuffle just the songs in the folder.

I guess there is no solution for the Anfroid version, is there?
