I don't know if there is a nicer way of doing this, but one possible solution is to open all playlists in a text editor and replace all (Ctrl+H) "D:\" with "C:\".
You can use something like Notepad++ and do this, at the same time, for all playlists. Notepad++ offers a portable version which does not require installation, if you don't want to install it.
Of course, if your path was something like "D:\Music\" and now you have "C:\Uers\username\Music\" then replace the whole modified path. Process is the same. Just create a backup of your playlist files before you do this. Also close AIMP while you modify them.
