Title: Can't set volume + / - hotkey to Up / Down

Hey, I seemingly can't set volume + / - hotkey to Up / Down. It's seemingly hardcoded to navigate the playlist. Is this a bug, or a feature?

Navigation keys are reserved for navigation purposes, so it cannot be used as hotkeys

But why? I think it's a valid use case to use them for something else.
Or at least somehow display this information to the user on the Hotkeys page.
