Title: Using the Winamp cdda decoder in AIMP, how to?
Post by: FrankMVenlo on July 29, 2020, 18:47:04
According to many pages on the internet this should be possible.

The standard cdda decoder gives me problem ( weird ticking sound while playing audio cd )
the decoder in Winamp or Windows Media player DOENST give me this weird sound.

SO i would like to use the cdda decoder from Winamp in AIMP. Is this possible? Can somebody describe in detail how to install this.
According to my investigation the winamp decoder is a file named: in_cdda.dll

When i create a map in the plugins folder of AIMP ( with my name Frank ) and put this dll file in there it WONT show up in de decoder list ( even after restart ) of AIMP.
What am i doing wrong?
