Title: Refresh list of local files?

AIMP doesn't seem to ever update my list of local files, which means new music doesn't show up and old music is no longer available if I change the folder structure.

Is there any way of manually updating it or is my only choice to delete everything from my database and add it from scratch?

But for me it doesn't work.
At each start AIMP san my HD but i have always the same total files and if i change the name of a file for example the file is not seen anymore and i cannot play.
This fucntion could be very good if it exists and works (like in music bee for axample ..but i like AIMP)

But it is already checked

WHen i start AIMP the program scan my music folder (it is very quick)
So it seems to be ok
But my total number music tracks never changes. Total time never changes. Memory occupied by the music never changes.
Maybe because i have a lot of files and subfolders ??

SO i must create a new list and scan "manually" the music folder.

I would like that this setting works because it is a very good function ..when it works :)

I use AIMP since a very long time now and this is the only function that misses.

I was having the same issue and was able to fix it by checking 'delete non-existing files from database' checkbox and clicking update. It took a minute, but then things refreshed and the totals were correct.

Doesn't work for me.
If i add new files in my HD. They are not added in my library.
I must creat a new playlist and check the whole folder again.

now it works after a restart  :)
