Title: Reconnect radio on error

Error dialog shows up as of now when it fails to connect but they can be reconnected after several attempts.
Why not automatically reconnect like when network changes?

Because it incorrect behavior. Link may be dead or entered incorrectly.

They aren't, they just become unavailable for a moment and come back after a couple of minutes.
Also, the dialogs are annoying to close each time, so errors should be notified via OS notifications.
