This is a function of Android, not AIMP.
For AIMP for Windows try Hameleon (https://www.aimp.ru/forum/index.php?topic=49173.0) plugin.
There is also a similar feature request for skin makers — «Возможность получить цвет рассчитанный на основе обложки альбома (https://www.aimp.ru/forum/index.php?topic=61393.0)» (in English: "Ability to get a color calculated based on the album cover").
