Title: Is it possible to add an option to filter not found files on playlist ?
Post by: caur77 on May 10, 2020, 21:58:58
Greetings fellows.

I'd like to know if there's some existing way to filter out all invalid or " not found " song files being added to current playlist, if not I'd appreciate if there can be added an option for such task.

Also I'd like to suggest that there would be useful if can be set an option on playlist to remove all current invalid or "not found" songs from the playlist so then you can be ensured there will be played all songs from your playlist, even though you made modification to song folders.

I couldn't find any thread related to these 2 features so I'd really appreciate to add options for both of them (if they don't exist already).

Thanks for reading.

EDIT: For example I have a 900 songs playlist. I did remove some sub-folder songs. Then neither I can filter out which specific song is "not found" on the playlist OR can remove through an option, all those invalid entries so I could play every single song entry on the playlist.
Both options I'd appreciate could be available so then I can either recover each one of the removed song files (because I could know each invalid song name thanks to that) and then play the same playlist with all still available songs.

A smart playlist can help you with this.
